Fox Translation Services offers translation and interpretation services for the judicial system. Fox Translation Services offers two distinct interpretation platforms that can be utilized depending on the court’s needs. Our on-demand platform offers OPI (Over the Phone) and VRI (Video Remote Interpretation) services utilizing Cloud Communications technologies which enable Fox to provide secure and scalable interpretation services anywhere with an internet connection or through phone lines. No specialized equipment is needed or required to use Fox’s OPI or VRI services. Fox Translation Services OPI & VRI platform is HIPAA compliant and ensures maximum security, privacy, and confidence across all immediate and future regulatory compliance needs.
Our prescheduled platform offers consecutive and simultaneous interpretations utilizing Fox’s dedicated team of certified court interpreters via our internal service center. For live courts, Fox staffs a dispatcher who will answer and route calls via predetermined Zoom links to the appropriate interpreter for the requested language and type of trial court. Fox will work with court schedulers to determine the number of cases requiring interpretation services each week and will schedule interpreters for the applicable languages to be ready to interpret remotely at the noted times. Our dispatcher is available during court-scheduled hours to take calls for unanticipated services and to note any changes in the schedule.

Individual translators have professional work experience and proficiency in writing, speaking and understanding the targeted language, with credentials validated through target languages' certification/education.
